Clinical Supervision
In addition to my work supporting clients, I am proud to offer affordable clinical supervision for social workers working in the school system who aim to obtain clinical licensure.

I know how hard it can be to secure supervision when working in the school system. Most school districts do not offer supervision within the organization, and it can be incredibly expensive to obtain supervision from an outside provider. That is why I hope to help bridge that gap by offering clinical supervision to school social workers at a reduced rate. I am happy to provide individual and group supervision in person in or near Boulder County, or virtually.

With 14 years of experience as a social worker, 12 years of experience as a school social worker, and 10 years of experience as an LCSW, I have worked in almost every role and setting possible, including residential treatment, community based therapy, general education, special education, and intensive behavioral support programs, and amassed a wide breadth of skills and knowledge to share. I have enjoyed supervising interns, and being informal mentors to many colleagues, and I look forward to supporting fellow school social workers on their path to licensure.

As a supervisor, my first goal is to allow you a space to process and reflect on what you are experiencing. I want to offer a safe space to vent, complain, whine, and then move towards solutions and problem solving. I use intentional and mindful questioning and dialogue to help practitioners come to their own conclusions, and identify their own solutions, and am also willing to offer my expertise, skills. and strategies that you can add to your toolbox.
